1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the LuckyApp online gaming platform, accessible at luckyapp.net and through the LuckyApp mobile application. 3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on LuckyApp. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

During registration, you will be asked to provide your Philippine mobile number, which will be verified via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password or OTP codes with anyone — LuckyApp support will never ask for your password.

• Notify LuckyApp immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility until you report a security concern.

• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or shared with any third party.

4Deposits and Funding Your Account

All deposits on LuckyApp are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as local bank transfers. No currency conversion is applied — your PHP balance is used directly for all gameplay and wagering.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Only funds deposited by the account holder from a payment method registered in their name are accepted.
• Cryptocurrency, credit cards, and foreign currencies are not accepted as deposit methods.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

10Account Closure and Termination

You may request the closure of your LuckyApp account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining verified PHP balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.

LuckyApp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• There is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and the account holder cannot be contacted.
• The platform is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under the requirements set out in Section 2.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, LuckyApp reserves the right to retain any balance associated with fraudulent activity. Balances from legitimately deposited funds that are unrelated to the violation will be returned after investigation.

11Limitation of Liability

LuckyApp provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and stable access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions, or error-free.

• LuckyApp is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• LuckyApp is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms or applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect result or payout, LuckyApp's decision on the correct outcome is final and binding.
• Nothing in these Terms limits LuckyApp's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of the platform.

12Changes to These Terms
